Hey There!
You are probably wondering what this blog about "Heart, Soul and Mind" is really all about. I felt lately that I need to start blogging again to share with in a Christian's perspective on life and how we should to live life. I can't tell you how to live your life because we are all different and I know that not all of us believe the same, but I can only pray that this would be an encouragement to you when you read this. I will blog daily to share stories from the bible about how they handled every day life situations then and how we can apply those life lessons in our lives today. After all, we are called to be followers of Christ. When I blog, I'm not like everyone else. I have a different perspective on life compared to most Christians that I know, and there is nothing wrong with that. Its the way God made me, and its how I'm wired. So when I share with you a Biblical Story and share whats on my heart about it, I can only pray that it will be an encouragement to you and that you can take something to heart out of this.
I first couldn't think of a name title for my new blog and my first initial thoughts were, what could I name my blog site? There are all kinds of names out there! I thought long and hard about it and came up with "Heart, Soul and Mind." I know that when I blog it will come straight from my "heart" of what I truly believe and where I stand in life. I will share what God has laid on my heart, for all of you to know Christ in a deeper way. Nothing happens by accident. Everyone has a time and place for everything that happens to them, So you reading this right now is exactly what God wanted you to do or else you wouldn't be reading this right now. I'm sure that there will always be someone who will take something that I say to heart.
I know that my "soul" will be lifted high because it brings God happiness to know that I can be a light for him to everyone is looking some where for encouragement out there, and half the time, they are looking in all the wrong places. And just to know that this is another way to share the love of God, is just another way of being a light shinning for him, and him alone. As we live the life of Christ, or so we try too; We all have to think with our "minds" about everything in life from day to day just to survive, which is normal for us. We all have to think things through our mind each and everyday to make decisions. When we make decisions in life our actions and words, pretty much shows to others what you are thinking and what you are going through.
So I hope that from now on that Your Heart will be filled with Joy for Christ, and that your Soul will be at peace and when you are happy and at peace with God you are able be like minded that of Christ, so you can be his light in the darkness of this world.
